  • GIRL: So why did you come back?
  • GUY: I came back to tell you myself that I'm glad you've finally found that happiness. I just wasn't expecting it would be too soon, though.
  • GIRL: What does that mean? What are you trying to imply?
  • GUY: When I left, did you even look for me? Did you even cry? Did you even think of me like each passing day I've thought of you?
  • GIRL: I did!
  • GUY: Funny.. because it didn't seem like that. You seem pretty fine without me.
  • GIRL: You're the one who left me first. What was I left to do? I couldn't hold on to something isn't there.
  • GUY: So that's why you've let me go and held on to someone new? And that soon?
  • GIRL: I don't owe you any explanation.
  • GUY: I know..
  • GIRL: I loved you. I honestly did.
  • GUY: You did.. I know for a fact you did. What I didn't know was that you no longer would. Deep down I thought you'd always will, because you promised me that, remember?
  • GIRL: But you left me.. What was I to do?
  • GUY: Maybe if you had only shown me a reason to come back, I might have returned and stayed for good. Maybe that was all it took for me to stay.
